Paloma The Cruise — Terms & Conditions

Paloma The Cruise (“the Event”) is operated by PALOMA TEQUILA AND TACOS INC, trading as Paloma (“the Organizer”), and takes place aboard a third-party vessel operated by an independent marine operator (“the Vessel Operator”). By purchasing a ticket or add-on for Paloma The Cruise, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Ticket Purchases & Entry
A valid ticket is required for entry to the Event. Tickets and add-ons are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the Organizer.
All attendees must present a valid ticket and government-issued photo ID at boarding.
2. Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows
All sales are final.
Tickets and add-ons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including no-shows, late arrival, or failure to board.
3. Weather & Maritime Conditions
The Event is subject to weather, sea, and maritime safety conditions. If unsafe conditions occur, the Event may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or cancelled by the Organizer or Vessel Operator.
In such cases, a rescheduled date or credit may be offered at the Organizer’s discretion. No cash refunds are guaranteed.
4. Boarding & Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may be denied boarding once the vessel departs.
No refunds will be issued for missed boarding for any reason.
5. Right to Refuse Boarding or Remove Attendees
The Organizer and the Vessel Operator reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any attendee, without refund, for intoxication, disorderly conduct, safety concerns, or failure to comply with crew or staff instructions.
6. Responsible Drinking
Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over.
Alcohol service may be limited or refused at any time at the discretion of the Organizer or Vessel Operator.
7. Add-Ons
Add-ons are available only with a valid ticket and are non-refundable.
Table, seating, and bottle assignments are subject to availability and Organizer discretion.
8. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with maritime travel, boarding, disembarking, alcohol consumption, and participation in the Event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, illness, or death occurring before, during, or after the Event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Media & Promotional Use
By attending, guests consent to photography, video recording, and the use of their likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
10. Event Changes
Event details, entertainment, routes, schedules, menus, or offerings may change without notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Barbados.
